I had an emergency with my cat Daggy yesterday.  I will not go into the gory details but it was pretty bad and I was very anxious it was going to be his last day.

I did the practical things like making sure he had enough liquids in his little body and fed him some treats to keep his blood sugar up, then petted and did Reiki on him for a good 20 minutes.  I sent out a prayer request on Facebook too.  Honestly, it was a miracle that he did a complete turnaround a few hours later and today he is acting like normal.

This morning on my walk I saw white feathers on the ground in two separate places pretty far away from each other.  I think it was the angels telling me he would be ok.  I included one of the photos.  My finger is in there accidentally but I thought was meaningful.

Do you believe in signs and symbols?  I do.  I love incorporating symbols in logo designs I do for clients, but this story is about getting a miracle because I really thought it was his time. I am so grateful he decided to stick around.  He is 15 and no spring chicken but I have to say he has had many times where I thought he would not make it and pulled through.  Maybe it is because he is a rescue and came on tough times as a kitten.   He is a pretty resilient little cat.
