Day in the life of a Web Designer

I like to start my day with a ten-minute meditation.  This could be for manifesting goals, sending energy healing to loved ones and pets, or just clearing my head for the day.  If I skip my meditation I tend to get overwhelmed, so it is probably one of the most important steps of the day.

In the first half of my day, I respond to emails. Then, I focus on one or two major projects, such as marketing for clients or working on website and logo designs. I break tasks into smaller steps to get it done. Working on more than two projects at once makes it hard to finish anything.

I schedule phone calls to stay productive. Instead of answering calls all day, clients use my online scheduler for inquiries and questions. This approach makes my workday easier and less stressful.

That is pretty much it for a day in the life of a web designer.  I know others have their own routine but that is mine.  If you want to know more about me, my friend Josh had me on his podcast. Check it out…We talked about business and how I got started, design, life, manifesting, spirituality and more! It was definitely not all about business.
