I just want to let you know I am still here and available to help you be it a new website, branding, or getting your in-person classes online.  I can’t say I am not stressed but keeping busy has been helping to keep my mind off of the fact we have a global pandemic going on.  Even though I consider myself an introvert, it is weird to not be able to go to the gym, go hiking, and seeing some of my favorite foods out of stock at the grocery store. I feel lucky to be healthy at this time. But, I miss being able to pet my non-human friends around the neighborhood. I have been thinking of how I can help potential clients and regular clients as we go through having to move our businesses to 100% online, at least temporarily.  

I thought of a few things.  In my current hosting, I can host up to a certain number of temporary and regular websites.  If anybody needs to have a temporary page up as we build a full website, we can use my hosting at no extra charge.  This way, you can have a place to book appointments and tell a little bit about yourself immediately.  Please let me know if this is something you might be interested in and we can work out the details together. 

If you have been thinking about putting your in-person classes online, there is always Zoom for video conferencing.  I took a class just yesterday and if you upgrade to a paid version of the software there are many more options, such as breakout meetings between meeting members and more.

If you are looking to have a set it and forget it version of your classes, you can pre-record them and use a service like Ruzuku.  I have worked with a few clients to get their classes online and so far it is the most affordable option for what you get.  With this kind of service, students sign up for your class and watch them at their leisure, kind of like Lynda.com.

If you are wondering if it is okay to try and grow your business during these times; I say “Yes”. There is nothing unethical about looking for new ways to do business and adapt.
