Here is a recipe I found while cleaning out my kitchen drawers. I used to make this and it’s pretty awesome. Happy Holidays!
1 cup light cream
1 14 ounce can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk, sweetened
1 2/3 cups Irish Whiskey – That’s a LOT of whiskey
I teaspon instant coffee
2 tablespoons Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
Blend all ingredients and serve over ice or in coffee. Will keep up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
I wonder if there is a paleo version, maybe use organic cream and chocolate? Hmmmm
