I noticed recently that image search on google has been redesigned. The screen to click on an image that comes up in search is bigger plus it shows the url and title of the webpage where it is located….just one click you land on the website. Why is this important? Well, it’s another way for searchers to find your page if you label and save your image correctly. I did a search for “holistic logo design” on image search, and up popped the lotus logo I designed for Sky years ago. I actually named my image “holistic_spiritual_lotus_logo_design.png” so it would do just that. Yes, it is a bit more work but those of you with a wordpress website that are uploading your own images and changing page content this is just one little hint to get people to find you easier.
